We offer fast and reliable delivery services both in Romania and internationally.

• Domestic Shipping (Romania): Orders are delivered via Fan Courier, ensuring a quick and secure shipment.
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide with DHL Express, providing fast and efficient delivery to your location.

Orders placed within EU will be shipped the next day and orders placed outside EU will be shipped in maximum 5 working days. For more accurate delivery times and shipping costs, please check the details at checkout. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team.

All orders are sent out from Romania. Domestically, we collaborate with Fan Courier and offer standard shipping, which may take 1-3 business days. If the product is available for immediate delivery, it will be shipped the same day that the order was placed. Should the product not be available for immediate delivery, it will be mentioned in the shopping cart under the product once it has been added, and the size and colour selected, and it is generally 3-5 business days excluding shipping.

For international deliveries, we have an ongoing partnership with DHL EXPRESS, with whom shipments generally take between 2-7 working days. These are estimates and may vary depending on destination country (EU or non-EU, and whether the destination is far from Romania). We aim to deliver worldwide, but should your country not be listed for any reason or should you require more accurate shipping estimates, please reach out to us directly and we will assist you in as timely a manner as possible. If the product is available for immediate delivery, all orders placed until 12 at noon Bucharest time will be shipped out the same day, otherwise they will be shipped on the next working day. Should the product not be available for immediate delivery, it will be mentioned in the cart under the product once it has been added, with the size and colour selected, and it is generally 3-5 business days excluding shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy.

VIEW RETURN POLICY

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within a few business days. The value of your order, minus that of the shipping, should be refunded to your account in no more than 14 business days after the return was accepted by us, depending on the bank. Refunds are only processed once your return arrives back to us and its status is verified.

We do our best to inform customers about the status of the order at every point of the process, from placing it and until it is fulfilled. You should receive an invoice from us as soon as you finish placing the order. If needed, we will reach out to you to confirm order details using the contact information provided in the order, which means that accuracy of contact details is very important. Notifications will also be sent via e-mail, when the order is fulfilled, and they will include tracking information for the shipment.
