Return Policy

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, including fit or personal preference, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery via Shopify or by emailing us.

HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN

  1. Pack your item(s) into a shipping envelope or box (ideally the original delivery box).
  2. Ship your return using a traceable shipping method to our returns partner in Romania. Please keep note of your tracking number so you can track the return back to Romania.

  1. Please allow us 2 weeks from when your return is delivered to Romania for your return to be processed. Returns are generally processed between 8-10 business days from receipt.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

ELIGIBILITY

Items must be returned new, unworn, and in original condition, including all original packaging and tags. Returns that are worn, damaged, missing components, or improperly packaged may be refused. Items received in unacceptable condition will not qualify for a refund. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

All items are inspected prior to shipment. Do not attempt to alter or damage items in order to qualify for a return. Any items determined to be intentionally damaged will be refused and may result in denial of return eligibility.

FEES & FINAL SALE

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. 

Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

WEAR / WARRANTIES

ATU Body Couture is not responsible for damage caused by wear, misuse, improper handling, or normal signs of use. We do not offer warranty on any worn garment. If damages arise from use please consult a local tailor.
